I am writing about how I see myself as a trans woman. And I would like to share this understanding.

It is difficult to bring clarity to this subject. As a visually oriented person, writing does not come easily to me. I have to shape my thoughts with words, rather than with colours and shapes. Sometimes you have to read between the lines. I do not use artificial intelligence.

This is how I see it now; new thoughts may emerge later. That is why the chapters also have a date.

The chapters can be read independently. The order doesn’t matter. That’s why there are also repetitions and overlaps.

I use the term ‘trans woman’ to refer to myself. ‘A woman in a male body’ is a bit of a mouthful. By ‘woman’, I mean my inner woman. The term ‘trans’ refers to both trans women and trans men. What I write may also apply to trans men and non-binary people. I don’t know, as I am, after all, a trans woman.
